How do I check if a Mac app is Intel-only?
Select the app in Finder and press Command-I. If Kind says "Application (Intel)", it needs Rosetta and stops launching with macOS 28. "Universal" and "Apple silicon" apps are fine. On macOS 27, open System Settings > General > About and click Details next to Intel-based Apps for the full list.
